I conduct research to drive innovation and inform product and content strategy. My background in behavioral science and user research has given me a deep understanding of how people think and behave, allowing me to conduct rigorous studies that provide invaluable insights into user behavior and needs.

Working in both public and private sectors, I lead cross-functional teams from the fuzzy front end of innovation development all the way through to usability testing and outcome evaluation. I care deeply about developing evidence-based theory driven experiences that improve people's lives and am always looking for new ways to grow my skills and have even greater impact.
